My Baby’s Little Food Journey 🍎πŸ₯•

Image
After daycare, I always ask my baby if she wants to eat something and she always surprises me. When I say, “What do you want?” she confidently orders her favourites: paprika, carrots, apple, and cucumber. The "No Mixed" Rule: Real Meals This is where things get interesting! She never eats anything she hasn’t seen before, and when it comes to "real" meals, she has some very specific rules: • Refuses almost all foods with tomato sauce, stew, or anything "mixed." If it looks like a casserole, it’s a hard pass. • The Soup Paradox: She absolutely LOVES simple, natural soups like meat soup meat soup) or chicken soup as long as they’re perfectly clear and white 🀣. The color matters! Her Comfort & Safe Foods When I need a guaranteed win to know she’s eaten a proper meal, I turn to these reliable favourites: • Lax fish Salmon • Sweet potatoes • Sometimes a hotdog (which I try not to give too often!) • Meatballs (even though I sometimes worry it m...

5 Golden Truths That Will Make You Unshakeable…

5 Golden Truths That Will Make You Unshakeable When you’ve already learned these five golden things, nothing can shake you anymore. You move differently, think differently, and protect your peace without apology. That’s the beauty of growth  it makes you stronger, softer, and wiser at the same time. For years, I struggled with caring too much about what other people thought . I felt stressed, overworked, and constantly worried about external validation. It wasn't until I started actively integrating the lessons below that everything changed. This is your fast-track to unshakeable inner peace. The 5 Essential Lessons for Inner Peace 1. You don’t need everyone to like you. Chasing universal approval is the fastest path to exhaustion. Your worth is intrinsic, not granted by external agreement. Let go of the need to please and watch your peace skyrocket. 2. Saying NO is the best thing for you. "No" is the boundary that protects your time, energy, and sanity. If a requ...

The 3 YEARS CEO WHO LOVES CAR

Image
πŸš—πŸ€£ My 3-Year-Old: The CEO …She Loves Cars and Hates Dolls… Every day I learn something new about my daughter. And the biggest lesson?  She does NOT care about “girl toys.” No princesses. No dolls. No pink glitter dreams. Nope. My baby wants cars, trucks, ambulances, fire trucks, airplanes, balls anything with wheels or speed.  If it makes noise, has lights, or can “rescue” someone? She’s obsessed.  One time I tried giving her a cute doll. She looked at it like it was a tax bill.  With full disgust.  Then she tossed it aside and said: “Where is my ambulance?” So now our house sounds like a whole garage: πŸš’ “FIRE TRUCK COMING!” πŸš‘ “Weeeee-oooo, weeee-oooo!” ✈️ “Mama look! Plane fly!” πŸš— “Vroom vroom, fast fast!” ⚽ “BALL! Mine!” Meanwhile dolls? They sit in the corner collecting dust like they committed a crime. Sometimes I try to convince her: “Baby, look at this cute doll.” She stares at it for one second and says: “No mama. She’s borin...

A Day in My Life With My 3-Year-Old CEO

A Day in My Life With My 3-Year-Old CEO Some people wake up to alarms. I wake up to a tiny boss who announces every morning: “Mama, I decide.” Keyla is only 3, but she runs this house with full confidence. I just follow instructions so we avoid unnecessary drama before breakfast. Breakfast is basically a business meeting. If I say “oatmeal,” she says: “No mama. Today we eat… ICE.” Not ice cream. Just ice. (I pretend to think about it so I don’t start World War III at 9am.)  Then she supervises me like a professional manager. “Stir it like this.” “Not that spoon!” “More milk.” “STOP. Enough milk!” This girl is ready to run a company. The whole day continues like this. She talks nonstop and tells me,  “I do it MYSELF.”  Five minutes later: “Mama help… just a little.” She “cleaned” once  used the mop for 7 seconds and said, “I’m tired. Mama do it.” She “cooked” water, air, a cracker, and an onion. Then with a proud face told me to taste it. I p...
